With all of the companies and contractors these days, we pride ourselves on being one of the
few companies and contractors around that specializes in-house and completes over 90% of
all facets of the construction process. With some exceptions of specific license trades, such as
plumbing and electrical work, which we do sub contract for, we handle the process from start to
completion. We are licensed and insured and carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy to
protect ourselves and our customers.

Company Overview

We are a small family owned and operated business that believes that quality should
come before quantity. We strive to do each job as if it were our own. We do not believe in cutting
corners or doing things that we would not want others doing for or to us. "Grissom Construction"
has been in business since 1977, with my father and now myself (John Grissom), in charge
of the company.

What we do: (Full service residential and commercial contractors)

We offer full scale custom remodeling, new construction, patios, decks, arbors, pergolas, room
additions, bath and kitchen remodeling, custom carpentry, trim or just about any other project
you can think of. From installing doors to decorative concrete, home maintenance and repairs to
full service residential and commercial building, contracting and finish out. We will do it all from
start to finish!

We complete most all of the work ourselves (over 90%) and feel there is no need to hire a
typical "contractor" that you usually just see once when you sign the contracts and again when it
becomes time to pay. I am at the job site each and every day so you only have to ask and deal
with one person, in person, for any questions and concerns you might have. I feel that is an
important quality that many other contractors do not possess.
